1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our collection, adding your favorite items to the cart, and completing the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

2. What payment methods do you accept and is Cod available?

Currently we do not provide “COD” on any of the purchases. We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit.

3. How long does delivery take?

Since all our products are custom made, it takes us usually 14-55 days to deliver your order unless stated otherwise. Faster shipping might be available for orders required on urgent basis, in such a case please write to us on muskanaqeelstudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 7906912155.

Shipping timeline for bridals and customisation orders is flexible and will be discussed individually as per the complexity of your design.

4. Do you offer size and colour customisation?

We offer free size customisation on all articles. For size customisation, please choose custom size option and our team will contact you with the required measurements. Your order processing will start once you provide us with your measurements.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Do you offer custom or made-to-order designs?

7. Do I need to create an account on the website to place an order?

No, it is not necessary for you to create an account to place an order. You can continue the purchase as a guest without creating an account.
