Since each piece is made to order, orders are typically delivered within 14-55 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., sales, new collection launches), processing may take longer. Occasionally, orders might also experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control. The delivery time commences from the confirmation date of your order. Delivery times for Customisation orders and Bridals is flexible and will be discussed individually for each order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- We provide complementary free shipping all over India. All products listed on the website are inclusive of tax and shipping within India.
- Free shipping does not apply for Bridals and Customisation orders.
2. International Shipping:
- Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and weight of the package. As such, delivery charges will be determined during checkout. Beyond shipping charges, customers are also responsible for custom duty and local taxes which imposed by the destination country’s custom department. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at muskanaqeelstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
