Refund policy
We do not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of the products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
1. Items can be exchanged if :
- The received product is different from your order.
- The item is torn, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- In any of the above case, exchange request must be made within 3 days of the order delivery.
- Please E-mail pictures of the defective item to houseofaqeel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7906912156 within 3 days of order delivery to raise a dispute.
Each dispute will be individually reviewed and settled fairly.
In case of exchange, we may arrange a pickup/ or ask you to self ship in case pickup cannot be made from your location. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. The following items are non-exchangeable:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Customised or personalised orders.
3. Claims such as slight colour/embroidery variations will not be entertained.
4. In case of custom sizing, the customer is solely responsible for providing us with the correct measurements. Claims such as ‘wrong measurements’ will not be entertained
5. We provide free shipping all over India. Free shipping is not applicable on Bridals/ customisations/International orders.
6. For International orders, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping cost as well as the custom charges imposed by the destination country’s custom department. In case Parcel/order is not received upon arrival due to such may result in parcel being held/discarded. In such cases we will not be responsible.
